Ground Up Commercial Construction – Gas Station
This ground-up commercial construction project began in December 2025 on a fully wooded site spanning more than three acres. From initial land clearing and site development through final construction, our team coordinated every phase required to transform the property into a modern fueling station and convenience store.
The project included extensive underground and site infrastructure, including storm sewer installation, water mains, sanitary sewer, plumbing, electrical systems, utility connections, and underground fuel storage tanks. Our team also completed the building foundation, concrete slab, structural construction, interior build-out, exterior finishes, pavement work, and the large fuel island canopy.
Gas Station & Convenience Store Contruction
Constructing a modern gas station and convenience store requires detailed planning and close coordination between multiple specialized trades. Fuel systems, underground utilities, drainage, concrete work, electrical systems, and building construction must all come together safely and efficiently. The Leonard C. Carnaghi Inc. team worked closely with our subcontractors, suppliers, and project partners to maintain quality and keep the project moving forward.
The completed Sheetz location now provides Macomb Township and the surrounding community with a new destination for fuel, food, beverages, and everyday convenience items. We are proud to have played a role in bringing this nationally recognized brand to the area.
