Leonard C. Carnaghi Inc. completed a City Barbeque project in 2024 in Troy, MI, which involved a complete transformation of an existing Mexican restaurant. The project included gutting the interior down to the studs and tearing off the front third of the building and roof. We then rebuilt the structure, adding a new front exterior patio under a canopy, offering customers an enjoyable outdoor dining experience. Additionally, we installed three large commercial smokers through the north wall of the building to meet the restaurant’s specific needs for authentic barbeque preparation.
